Unlike strong alkaline degreasers, Cleans All is pH neutral and will not damage surfaces, even when used at strong dilution ratios. Cleans All is super concentrated for heavy duty cleaning, but is highly dilutable. Typically diluted 2:1 or 1:1 for wheels and tires, 4:1 for bug removal and exterior pre-soaking, 15:1 to 10:1 for heavy interior cleaning, and 20:1 for standard interior cleaning.
